Terms of Service

• Tickets are sold at early-bird pricing that increases on the dates shown at checkout; the price you pay is the price in effect at the time of purchase.
• Your ticket is personal and non-transferable to a different tier once issued, unless otherwise agreed with our team in writing.
• Entry requires the confirmation and identification details we specify closer to the Event.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates these Terms or our Code of Conduct (Section 4), without refund.

• Ticket purchases are refundable up to 30 days before the Event, minus any payment-processing fees actually incurred; within 30 days of the Event, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual by written request to our team.
• Sponsorship packages are subject to the specific payment/cancellation terms agreed in your sponsorship confirmation; in the absence of a separate written agreement, the advance deposit is non-refundable and the remaining balance is refundable up to 60 days before the Event.
• We may reschedule, relocate, or modify the Event program (including speakers and agenda) for reasons outside our reasonable control. We will notify ticket holders of material changes by email.
• In the unlikely event we cancel the Event entirely, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid.

Submitting a speaker application does not guarantee a speaking slot. Our content team reviews applications and will contact selected speakers directly. Speaking slots, format, and timing are at our sole discretion and may change ahead of the Event.

Median26 is a professional industry event. Attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff are expected to treat each other with respect. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior in any form. Violations may result in removal from the Event without refund and, where applicable, referral to local authorities.

All Site content, branding, and Event materials are the property of Median26 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use them commercially without our prior written consent. Photography and recording may occur at the Event for promotional purposes; by attending, you consent to being included in such materials unless you notify our team otherwise in writing before the Event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Median26’s liability for any claim arising from your purchase or attendance is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket or package. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including travel or accommodation costs, arising from Event changes, delays, or cancellation.

Payment processing, email communications, and advertising are handled by third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the last update. Continued use of the Site or attendance at the Event after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
