Privacy Policy

Median26 organizes the Central Asia Crypto Summit, held in March 2027 at Humo Arena, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. For any privacy request, contact us at privacy@mediansummit.com or via our Telegram channel @MedianSummit.

We collect data you provide directly when you use a form on the Site:

• Ticket purchase: full name, email address, selected ticket tier.
• Sponsorship / partnership enquiry: full name, email address, company name, message.
• Speaker application: full name, email address.
• Automatically, via cookies and pixels: pages visited, general device/browser information, and (only where the relevant advertising pixel is enabled) interaction events used for ad measurement and audience building — see Section 6.

We do not collect payment card data — checkout is handled by our third-party payment providers, who process card details directly under their own privacy policies.

• Performing our contract with you — issuing your ticket, responding to your sponsorship or speaker enquiry, and administering your attendance at the Event.
• Your consent — sending you Event updates and marketing emails by, and showing you retargeting/lookalike advertising, only where you have ticked the consent checkbox on the relevant form. You can withdraw this consent at any time (Section 8).
• Our legitimate interests — securing the Site against spam/abuse, and internal record-keeping of enquiries.

We share personal data with the following processors, strictly to operate the Event and, where applicable, only after you have given consent:

• Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) — form submissions are relayed to our internal team channel so we can follow up with you.
• SendPulse — if you consent to marketing emails, your name and email are added to the relevant Median26 mailing list to send you Event updates.
• Meta, TikTok, and Google — if their respective advertising pixel is active on the Site and you consented to marketing, a record of your visit/conversion event is shared with these platforms to build retargeting and lookalike audiences. No form contents (name, message) are shared with ad platforms — only the event itself and, where applicable, a hashed identifier.
• Payment providers (e.g., card processor, cryptocurrency payment processor) — to process your ticket payment, per their own privacy policies.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Median26 is based in Uzbekistan; our processors (Telegram, SendPulse, Meta, TikTok, Google, and our payment providers) may process data outside Uzbekistan, including in the EU/EEA, UK, and US. Where required, we rely on those providers’ standard contractual safeguards for cross-border transfer.

The Site uses essential cookies/local storage needed for the ticket and enquiry forms to function (e.g., to remember your language preference and to pass your submission to our success page). Advertising pixels (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads/GA4) are loaded only where configured, and only fire a conversion event after you submit a form with consent given. They are not used to track your browsing beyond this Site.

We retain ticket, sponsorship, and speaker enquiry data for as long as needed to administer the Event and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes, and then delete or anonymize it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner (Section 8) or we are required by law to retain it longer. Marketing-list data is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

Subject to applicable law (including, for EU/UK residents, the GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate data;
• Request erasure of your data;
• Object to, or restrict, our processing;
• Withdraw consent at any time — use our unsubscribe page for marketing emails, or contact us directly for any other consent-based processing;
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The Event and Site are intended for a professional, adult audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or applicable law. The “Effective” date above reflects the last update. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
